Shipping policy

All custom orders will be processed within 5-14 business days (the longer timelines are assigned to certain custom items, i.e. custom tv trays) and shipped unless special arrangements have been made for local pick-up. There are some exceptions to this timeline.

Please note that all major carriers maybe experiencing significant shipping delays and have reported unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability. These issues are causing tracking errors, including an increase in non-tracking of packages, and delivery delays.  Once your order has been processed, it is automatically signed a tracking number. Please be sure to check your spam folder if not visible in your inbox.
