Refund policy
We sincerely value your patronage and will work diligently to assure that your order is correct the first time! If you receive your packaged items and are missing any ordered items, please e-mail within three days of receiving your package to report your missing items so that your missing items may shipped or made available for pick-up.
There are no refunds on custom items or ready for purchase items(partial nor full). Custom items will be replaced only if the error is on my behalf. Please be sure that you are checking your spelling and the quality of your submitted image prior to confirming your order. If an exception is made to this policy please note that there is a 20% restocking fee.
